1. Talk to Blueprint Seller Luka in the Blacksmith Workshop of the Town of Oren.

2. Go to Dion and talk to Researcher Lorain located at the entrance to the Cruma Tower.

3. Back to Dion and talk to Priest Shegfield in Einhasad Temple.

4. Back to Cruma Tower and talk to Researcher Lorain located at the entrance to the Cruma Tower.

5. Go to Giran and talk to Head Blacksmith Kusto in the Blacksmith Workshop and get your reward.
